Peter’s diverse background with critical commercial real estate, includes leading and authoring Needs/Feasibility Assessments, Gap Analyses, PCAs, BODs, Corporate Standards and Peer Reviews. With Cresa MCS, Peter leads the Client Needs Assessment process and occupancy TCO modeling to maximize Client transparency into Providers’ solutions. Peter’s program management capabilities pinpoint a broad spectrum of critical Client Needs, championing them through and beyond offered strategy, planning, and due diligence Tenant services.
