Letting Fee one weeks rent + GST• Digital photos• Erecting sign on property• Arranging property description and advertisements on two websiteswww.realestate.com.auwww.peterdruittco.com• Processing tenancy applications• Checking tenants on TICA database• Arranging lease paperwork including tenancy agreement and condition report• Lodging bond with O�ce of Fair Trading

Commission 7.7% residential 8.8% rural• Full detailed ingoing and outgoing condition reports• 3 – 6 monthly routine inspection reports• Coordinating all maintenance and repairs• Daily arrears checks and necessary action• Payment of general rates, insurances, water rates if required• Representation at Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal if required• O�ce TICA membership (Tenancy Information Centre of Australia)

Monthly Administration Fee $3.00• Mid month and end of month payments via EFT or Cheque• Mid month and end of month statements via email or post• Mailing of correspondence and telephone calls throughout the month
