What happens if I have an accident? It could be a trip, slip or a fall, a cut or a burn which probably requires first aidFirst aiders are on duty in the college.
It is a good practise to report a near miss. A near miss is an unplanned event that did not result in injury, illness, or damage – but had the potential to do so. "A close call."
How do I report it?To a lecturer or to a Student Services assistant who can help you fill in the Accident/incident form. If you notice any hazards or something that could cause harm please report to any staff member or direct to the health and safety officer ext 77331 or Email [email protected]
