What is the Personality

Training Program?

This is an add-on certification for body

language trainers ONLY. The goal is to teach

science-based personality strategies to our

clients to help them achieve their goals.

How will the

program work?

• Online video-based training

You are already helping people achieve their goals. And body language can do A LOT.

This program gives people the whole package — nonverbal & verbal.

About 3 years ago I was being

asked about MBTI program and

a verbal side to my nonverbal

trainings.

I dove into the science of

personality and realized there

was so much to offer. Now we

can offer it together.

• Just like the Body Language Training, this will be delivered

in videos with support in our forums and live office hours.

• UNLIKE the Body Language Training, I will be teaching

actual students (Danielle & Lauren) in the training videos.

This way you can see the work in action!

How will I learn?

Is this online?

• Yes! We made the entire program online so you can

learn at your own pace and on your own time. You

can watch the videos on your iPad, iPhone or mobile

device. We want to make it as easy as possible for you

to learn.

• Of course! We have a whole section on how to use this as an

add-on AS WELL as how to sell it as a stand alone.

Are you going to teach us how to sell this as an add-

on?

What kind of clients want a personality training?

• Just like the Body Language Training, personality

science applies to everyone who has a personality = )

So we have lots of niches! Especially: • Entrepreneurs • Daters • Parents • HR / Sales • Managers • Healthcare

• You can use the certification however you wish. You can

use the certification as an add-on to your existing business

or career or you can do it as a full or part-time career

change.

Do I have to be a full-time personality trainer?

What do I do as a personality trainer?

• The cool thing about this program is you can add it

into your body language coaching — as a compliment

or to strengthen your content. You can also use it as a

stand alone. • You have complete flexibility with how you use the

program. It is a perfect compliment to the body

language teaching. We have matching coaching guides

and slides.

• Tons! Vanessa will hold office hours and calls plus give you

feedback on your program action steps.

Do I get access to Vanessa and her research?

How much income can I expect to make?

• This is very similar to the body language coaching and

training rates: • Beginner trainers can charge between $50 and

$100 per hour coaching and earn $250 to $1,000

per speaking event. • HOWEVER - this makes a great add-on or upsell. For

example you might have someone book you for a

speaking event and you can add this on or come back

to them later with this new service. 

What are the requirements for the program?

1. Must be a Body Language Trainer 2. You do not have to have finished your

certification to sign-up, as long as you are

working on the body language program, you can

do this concurrently. 3. This is for active trainers. If you want to level-up

your business and offerings then this is for you.

If you love just teaching body language—great!

If personality science doesn’t tickle your fancy—no worries!

If this is not resonating with you—totally fine!

We want this to work with your goals.

SPECIAL NOTE:

• NO! You run your business, you keep your income. We do

not take a portion of your revenue.

Do you keep a portion of my revenue?

What happens when I complete the certification?

• You can immediately start teaching personality

science as an add-on to your body language business.

You can teach personality science on its own or as a

supplement to your body language coaching.

• We wanted this to be a far smaller investment than the

Body Language Training program because you have already

committed to us and we want to offer it as an add-on

service.

What is the investment for the program?

• The tuition for the Summer 2017 class is $1,500.
