When can I start?
NOW!SimplystopbytheCampusRecreationofficeorcall817-257-PLAYtomakeyourappointment(appointmentsmustbeset48hoursinadvance).
Allinitialappointmentsmustbedoneinpersonduetoahealthhistoryquestionnairethatmustbefilledoutpriortotheappointment.Thisinformationisprivateandwillbeusedonly to determine if a physician’s clearance is needed based upon guidelines set by the AmericanCollegeofSportsMedicine.

This assessment includes blood pressure, body composition, muscular strength & endurance,flexibilityandcardiorespiratorytesting.Basedonyourfitnesslevelandlifestyle,aBodyAgeisdeterminedforyou!

PersonalTrainingwithaBuddy
Whatarethebenefitsoftrainingwithafriend?Youaremorelikelytostickwithaworkoutplanifyoupairwithafriend.Pairingwithafriendwillgiveyouaworkoutpartnerfordayswithoutatrainer.Youcanbuildfriendshipswhileachievingahealthierbody.Thereisareductioninoverallcost.(Checkoutthesavings!)

A Polar Body Age® assessment is required for all first time clients for a fee a $35.
This assessment includes blood pressure, body composition, muscular strength &
endurance, flexibility and cardiorespiratory testing. Based on your fitness level and
lifestyle, a Body Age is determined for you!
Current clients can also purchase an Equipment Orientation for $35.
