About Green Rose Green Rose is wholly owned by its founders Ana Mower and Philip Osborne who are passionate that support should be uncompromised and a partnership for life.

Ana and Philip believe that people should have real choices and live in an environment which is conducive to learning and developing people’s aspirations.

Ana has a BSc (Hons) in learning disability nursing and has 30 years experience in health and social care settings and has worked in the UK and internationally.

Philip is a consultant to the specialist care sector specialising in service development and compliance and works with many of the UK’s leading service providers.
