I am a junior Rwandan aged 27, and I believe that my chosen profession of studying it was to allow me to fulfill my desire to help my country( Rwanda) to expand my knowledge base in agriculture and Corporate Security Controller.

Throughout my life, I like participating in extracurricular activities, including volunteerism. I was involved in RED-CROSS in blood-donating, community and national services (Itorero and urugerero) as well as choir. While in High (UNIVERISTY OF KIBUNGO ) , I took challenging courses: RURAL DEVELOPMENT deeply in Agricultural Engineering and Advanced Placement English. I have striven for academic excellence and I’ve maintained an excellent mark (13.4/20) allowed me to graduate well in 2015.

I have participated in community activities related to agriculture like planting trees, explaining to farmers the role of modern agriculture and I feel that by participating in agricultural-related activities I am setting a positive example for the farmers which is the most valuable activity being done in Rwanda as my little lovely country has neither minerals nor fossil fuels to use as source of finance. I strive for informing people to use their forces in agriculture because Rwanda has only the forces of its populations. Although education plays a significant role in my life, I am involved with many other activities. During high school, I was an active member of several clubs, and served as treasurer and president. I frequently tutored secondary school students. I enjoyed agriculture and participated in many performances; often involving travel to other parts of the country. I was elected the director of income generation in Rwanda village Concept Project (RVCP), after my powerful ability of generating innovative ideas and projects. The 1994 genocide decimated Rwanda's fragile economic base,

severely impoverished the population, particularly women, and eroded the country's ability to attract private and external investment. From this reason, I have created agricultural projects which changed the living conditions of the community. ” rabbit rearing project”, ”Beekeeping project”, “Pig rearing project”, ”Rice cultivation” these project strongly contributed to the poverty alleviation in the target populations (Association of Widows (1994 genocide) in HUYE district, Rwanda). RVCP teaches people how to generate income based on assets they have and how they can apply for loan in banks. I have volunteered my time to inform individuals about what to do in agriculture as the means of development. I have also done community work, such as planting trees, and offering information for those having lands at risks for erosion. Until recently, I worked 16-20 hours a month to provide for educational skills in fighting against poverty using agricultural activities. Presently, I work four hours a month in the activities helping farmers at various Centers for better production, and I have awarded different certificate such as:

Certificate on creating and maintaining social enterprise.

Certificate on basic of public –private partnership.

Certificate on strategies for personal growth and development.

Certificate on servant leadership.

Certificate on understanding elections and civic responsibility.

My goal is to become a registered farmer and entrepreneur so that I can perform tasks that Rwandans cannot do for themselves. I know that when I reach my goals, I will be able to provide something meaningful to my country, Rwanda. Lastly, I am young, energetic and self-motivated person, ready to study and attain results. I strive to achieve and value everything I put my hands on, honesty and respect at work place is what I put forward, team work and knowledge sharing is what I value.
