Summerland by Gabriel chi

My life flashed before my eyes as the rollercoaster went upside down; I was speechless as I gripped the handlebars of the rollercoaster. My mind went blank as I felt like I lost complete control of my body as it looked like I was dead. I felt it was only a few seconds ago that we had come to Summerland on the school bus.

I could remember as my group decided what to ride on and what order. I opened my eyes and was regretting I went on the rollercoaster. I turned upwards, downwards, upwards and then downwards as I thought in my mind I’m going to die, I’m going to die! And then my mind turned blank. As I fell out of the ride I walked down the stairs, I sat on the bench as I my legs ached because I hit my legs as I went upside down. I thought I would throw up.

I didn’t know what to do, my friends Arvid and Jae won were going to ride the tornado again, while Louis, Max and I sat bored out of our skulls. We decided to meet Arvid and Jae won at the camp for our school. I told Max and Louis we should change into our swimming suits and get ready. We were changing, Jae won and Arvid were waiting outside already changed. “Hey how did you guys change before we did?” asked Louis “We came here earlier than you we got changed.” replied Arvid

We ate lunch and ran to the water park. We walked around the park and saw a huge brown and white water slide.

We quickly crossed the pool we climbed the stairs and waited in line. It was my turn to ride the water slide. WHOOSH!! I was splashed through the water slide as I exploded as I landed in the water. It was amazing when I was sliding in the water slide I felt the wind and water splashing on to me as I went faster and faster. I was walking down to the camp with my friends eating a churo when I heard, “Everybody we are going to leave in 5 minutes!” It was one of the students. We ran to the camp as I scoffed down my churo. After we came back to school we had so much fun that just like I knew we would.
