Today’s Session We will focus on how groups are
formed and the different type of groups you may be faced with during your WBQ studies.
We will look at working in a group and how to develop an effective team.
We will look at how group work extends your inter-personal skills and will help you identify what these skills are.

Ground rules Ground rules are vital if you want to
establish an effective working group.
Ground rules will be the basis for a strong working relationship based on: trust, honesty and an awareness of the expectations of each other.
As a team develop about 4 or 5 ground rules.
