Production method

1. Introduce the ingredients in the order listed above, taking care to homogenize properly after each introduction.

2. Use citric acid to adjust pH to the target pH of 5,5.3. Add Sodium Chloride in order to adjust viscosity.

Production method

1. Mix A with high shear mixer (silverson )with a hole high shear screen for 20 minutes at 8000 rpm.

2. In the meantime heat B to 70 ºC low shear.3. Add C very slow to B at 70 ºC low shear.4. Add A together with B and C and mix with high shear (silverson)

with a emulsion screen for 3 minutes at 8000 rpm.

5. Cool the emulsion down while stirring at 800 rpm for 25 minutes.

6. Add D to the emulsion and stirr for 1 minute at 800 rpm.7. Bring the pH to 6 with E while stirring at 800 rpm.8. Degass the emulsion in a vacuumoven at roomtemperature

overnight at 115 bar.

1. Disperse Betafib® in water of (1) and shear with high shear mixer for 20 minutes. Then add other ingredients of (1).

2. Add (2) to (1) and heat to 85°C.3. Heat (3) to 85°C4. Add (3) to (1+2) while homogenising with a high shear mixer

for 3 minutes.

5. Cool down to 20°C while stirring slowly. Then add ingredients of (4).

6. Whip emulsion with a Hobart (batch aeration equipment) until a density of 0.5 is reached.

Production method

1. Mix A with high shear mixer (silverson) with a hole high shear screen for 20 minutes at 8000 rpm.

2. Heat A to 70 ºC while stirring at low shear.3. Disperse B heat up till 70 ºC while stirring at low shear.4. Disperse C heat up till 70 ºC while stirring at low shear.

Add TiO2 at 70 ºC5. Add A and B together and high shear (silverson) with emulsion

screen for 1 minute at 8000 rpm.

6. Add C to (A+B) and homogenise high shear (silverson) with emulsion screen for 15 minutes at 5000 rpm.

7. Cool down to 35 ºC under low shear.8. Add D to the emulsion with low shear for 1 minute.9. Bring the pH to 6 with E while stirring at 800 rpm, after this

stir for another 15 minutes low shear.10. If necessary degass the emulsion in a vacuumoven at

roomtemperature overnight at 115 bar.

Production method

1. Disperse Avicel PC611 in the water of (1) and shear for 10 minutes with Ultra Turrax at 6000 rpm

2. Add Betafib and shear for 10 minutes with Ultra Turrax at 8500 rpm. Heat the mixture to 70°C.

3. Heat (2) to 70°C. Add (2) to (1) while homogenizing for 3 minutes.

4. Cool down to 35°C while slowly stirring, add (3).

5. Homogenise for 10-15 minutes.6. Cool down to roomtemperature.7. Adjust pH if necessary with (4).
