Development Co. (Private Joint-Stock Co.) was registered in Tehran Companies Registration Office as one of the subsidiaries of Tadbir Energy Development Group on 22 Aug 2005 with an authorized capital of 2 billion IRR.

Based on decisions of the The General Assembly of the shareholders of the company, the company’s capital has been increased to 2,000 billion IRR.

Projects :North Yaran Oil field development project: The North Yaran project is one of the most

important and large projects in progress which has been awarded to POGIDC through a buy back contract on 2012.

This field is situated next to South Azadegan giant oil field and is located near Jufair and Yadavaran Oil fields. The purpose of developing this field is production of 30,000 barrels of crude oil per day.

The contract time schedule for execution of this project is estimated to be 52 and 62 months for oil and gas sections respectively. The project includes the following sectors:

• Subsurface: Work over of one appraisal/producer well

Drilling of 19 pilot and producer wells • Surface facilities:Construction and installing wellhead

facilities and flow lines from wells to clusterConstruction of clusterProcurement and laying oil and gas

transport lines. Power transmission lines.Engineering and procurement of Long

Lead Items including oil transfer pumas, Compressors, Dehydration Packages, Three-phase Separator, Instrumentation Valves , Emergency Shut down systems, Accurate flow metering system.

Production period is transferred to north cluster of south Azadegan oil field and the oil produced in the Final production phase is transferred to West Karoon integrated production unit and the separated gas will be transported to NGL-3200 Unit.

Main achievements of North Yaran oil field development project are as follows:

This project is the first buy back project carried out by an Iranian Contractor with the minimum deviation from the scheduled plan which will be completed and operated soon.

Financial Resources required for this project is around 700 Million Dollars.

Recruitment approximately 1800 persons directly and 5 times of the same number indirectly in this project is noticeable. In addition to that, the involvement of local manufacturers and suppliers can be achieved.

Directional drilling of more than 2500 m. in one of the most complicated horizontal wells onshore in Iran.

Appraising and evaluating of reservoir quality in existing channel in the area and a considerable increase in production using the channel good reservoir properties.

High-risk drilling in order to access the south branch of the mentioned channel in well no. 7 (With Production of more than 5000 barrels per day).

Optimizing drilling operation and decreasing drilling time in such a way that the subsequent wells have been drilled and completed with the shortest time compared to other wells drilled and completed in West Karoon area.

A new record has been registered in this project as the best horizontal drilling rate which is 143 m. in 21 hours.

Mansouri Oil field Development Project:The Mansouri Oil Field is located in south west

of Iran, close to Ahwaz Oil field from the North West and Abteimor oil field from the west and Shadegan field from the North East.

The purpose of Mansoury oil field development

in phase 2 is to production of 50,000 bbl. /d of crude oil in surface final production step, the construction of 22 well location, wellhead facilities and flow line for 17 wells, operation and desalting unit for 75,000 bbl. /d and NGL unit and drilling of 21 wells in sub-surface section and maintenance.

South Azadegan Oil Field Developmen Project:

The Azadegan Oil Field is the largest oil field in Iran and third largest oil field in the word after Qavar oil field in Saudi Arabia and Burgan in Kuwait.

The exploration of Azadegan oil field goes back to 1997.
