Learning Action Network Workshop: Collaborative Care Training Primary Care Providers- Behavioral HealthTHURSDAY, OCTOBER 26 No additional cost Integrated care programs, in which mental health care is delivered in primary care settings, exist as a promising solution to common, disabling and costly behavioral health problems, such as depression, anxiety and substance use disorders. Collaborative Care, a type of integrated care, has emerged as the strongest evidence-based approach. In this model, PCPs work with psychiatrists and Care Managers to deliver evidence-based care that is proven to improve outcomes, reduce costs, and improve the patient experience.

PARKING: Meeting attendees receive a reduced daily parking rate of $10.00 for daily self-parking and $18 for daily valet parking. Overnight self-parking is $20 and overnight valet is $28. GAFP encourages all attendees to consider taking MARTA to the meeting as parking is limited, and MARTA offers an inexpensive and convenient way to navigate the city. One-way fare is $2.50.
