Saturday, August 25th, 2018 • 1:00 - 4:00pm
Adult local artist 18+ are invited to join us for our 2nd Annual Adult Art Show. To submit
your art, please complete the submission form and read the submission guidelines.
Completed submission form must be presented with your entry at the
Clarkston Independence District Library. The top three submissions will be awarded a prize.
Art will be on display in our Community Meeting Room from August 21-24
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Artist must be 18 years or older to participate.
Artist is only allowed one entry.
Entry may include any medium: drawing, painting, photography, or mixed media.
Artwork may be framed, matted, or mounted on foam board.
Content must be appropriate for all ages.
Any entry deemed inappropriate by the library will not appear in the show.
Entry must be turned in with a completed entry form by Friday, August 17th.
The library is not responsible for lost or damaged artwork.
Artwork may be collected on Saturday, August 25th after the Art Reception. Any artwork
not claimed will be held for one week. Remember that artwork not claimed will be dealt
with at the Library’s discretion. Contact Lawrence Marble at 248.625.2212 if you have

I release the Clarkston Independence District Library and its staff and volunteers from any
liability pertaining to my art and its display. By signing below I am acknowledging that the
work I am submitting is my own and that I have read the Submission Guidelines and agree
to all regulations.
