What is Required for PERM EB2?

Bachelor's Degree or US Equivalent of a Bachelor's degree Plus 5 Years Progressive Experience;

US Master's Degree + Some Post-Baccalaureate experience although experience is not necessary under USCIS requirements.

What is Progressive Experience?

Gradual Experience obtained through your work in similar field.

Using Experience from same Job

Not Recommended Unless the job offered is not “substantially comparable” to the job which the Beneficiary gained the experience from.

The regulations define “substantially comparable” as “a job or position requiring performance of the same job duties more than 50 percent of the time.”
