http://hugireland.org    Purpose This document will allow you to get started on periscope and watch in real time events organised by Hadoop User Group (HUG) Ireland Ltd through the application called Periscope.   

 Get it on Google Play       Download on the App Store 

   Getting Started  

a. Locate on Google play (Android) or App Store (links provided above) for iPhone/iPad b. Download App c. Open App d. Click on Maps e. Navigate to Ireland and Dublin touching the red dot to see a list of periscope events 

broadcasting f. Select the Hadoop User Group (HUG) Ireland event g. You are now logged into the live event h. The event is recorded and will be made available but you can ask questions only on the 

live event i. Process in images is overleaf
