    4. Type in the name of the manifest (this can be anything but usually want to include the date) andclick Save.

    5. Select configure button under the Source Domain (this is the BES DB that the user currentlyresides on)

    6. Select the source DB server that the user resides on (in the case of moving a BES user from theNA BES to the EMEA BES you would select ussjssql01)

    7. Click OK to continue.

    8. Select configure button under the Destination Domain (this is the BES DB that you are wantingto move the user to)

    9. Select the destination DB server that you want to move the user to (in the case of moving a BESuser from the NA BES to the EMEA BES you would select gbcssql01) and click ok to continue.

    10.Go to step 3 Manifest configuration and select the Details button[ WARNING DO NOT CHECKANY CHECKBOXES UNDER MIGRATION OPTIONS, IF YOU DO SO THIS MAY POSSIBLY SHUT DOWN

    11.Click the Find Users button to search for users on the source BES server that you want to move.

    12.Type in the BES users display name, highlight the user and click ADD.

    13.You will now see the user in the list (do this for as many users as you want to move I wouldrecommend 5 at a time max). Under Dest Policy Select the Elekta EU Default policy.

    14.Once you have configured all the users you want to move select the done button.

    15.You will now see a the summary updated with the number of users that you added to the list.

    16.Go to step 4 and click preview. This will give you a preview of the migration action before itruns.

    17.You may be prompted for your BAS password, this is your BES account password which is alsoyour admin account password. Enter the information to continue click the preview button.

    18.You will see a command line screen pop up and it will give you the results of the preview.

    21.You will get a pop up message that the migration has been completed.

    22.You can now log into the BES admin web console to view the users that were moved (in this caseyou would want to log into the EMEA server)

    23.Click on Manage users.

    24.Enter the display name of the user that you want to check and click the search button in theright hand corner.

    25.You will now see that the user has been successfully moved to the new BES server and the thatElekta EU Default Blackberry Policy has been applied.
