ActionTo fill the complete list of clients handeld and rating projects on the basis of client feedback and completion time.

To rate as per the rating table and providing remarks accordingly which would justify the ratings

Peer to rate on the basis of indicators set on page and rating parameters.

Should provide feedback on the basis of Time and Attendance, appreciation and complaints recieved recorded throughout the year.

Manager to request for client feedback from 3 major clients of employee directly involved during transition.

Manager to request for Govt. Official for providing feedback for employee directly involved during transition.

Development plan and KRA for next cycle to be discussed with Employee.
