Comfort Sync Zoning matches heating and cooling preferences to your family’s lifestyle using the Comfort Sync Wi-Fi® touchscreen thermostat or in-zone sensors, so every room’s temperature can be easily changed on demand or stay right where it’s set.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL

Each zone is under the control of its own individual thermostat, which uses a built-in digital sensor to report temperature changes to the Comfort Sync Wi-Fi thermostat. The Comfort Sync thermostat readjusts airflow to maintain your set temperature in every zone.

PRECISION AIRFLOW

The Comfort Sync thermostat adjusts the temperature of a particular zone by signaling a series of dampers installed in your ductwork to open or close. By doing this, the Comfort Sync Zoning system can redirect air to specific areas, while reducing airflow to others.

A Comfort Sync Zoning system divides your home into two, three or four different areas, or zones, each controlled by a different family member’s heating and cooling needs for every day of the week.

The Comfort Sync Wi-Fi® thermostat acts as the master control for each program and small, stylish in-zone sensors allow convenient adjustment in individual areas. The sensors detect major events and subtle changes in the environment and relay the information to the thermostat if additional cooling or heating is needed.
