Over the past decade, Peregrine Builders has provided personalizedbuilding services. As owner, I oversee and am actively engaged in eachproject from start to finish. KEYS TO A SUCCESSFUL ENGAGEMENT INCLUDE:
• Listening: It is critical to understand what the homeowner wants toaccomplish by completing the project. After spending the needed up fronttime with our clients, we often find that what they initially ask for mightnot totally fulfill their desired outcome. We have so many satisfied clientsbecause we work hand-in-hand to shape their ideas into a product thatmeets their needs and budget.
• Limiting the number of clients we engage: By being fully engaged ineach project, we find that we are able to complete each project in a timelymanner, with minimal disruption, and gain the desired result.
• Staying on target: Each engagement starts with a contract. In thatcontract we lay out what we are going to accomplish and what is notincluded in the scope of the project. We pride ourselves onlimiting/eliminating change orders. Nothing is more frustrating for a clientthan to spend unexpected monies for no perceived return. We make everyattempt to identify problems areas before breaking out our tools.
