    3C(PA$' $AE4 reserves the right+ at its discretion and witho1t notice+ to review any

    eployee>s electronic files and essages to the es technology reso1rces+incl1ding personal inforation or essages. Accordingly+ if they have sensitive inforation totransit+ they sho1ld 1se other eans.

     All essages sent and received+ incl1ding personal essages+ and all data and inforation

    stored on the Copany>s electronic;ail syste+ voiceail syste+ or cop1ter systes are

    Copany property regardless of the content. As s1ch+ the Copany reserves the right to

    access all of its technology reso1rces incl1ding its cop1ters+ voiceail+ and electronic;ail

    systes+ at any tie+ in its sole discretion.

    Passwords do not confer any right of privacy 1pon any eployee of the Copany. Eployees

    are e systes witho1t es

    technology reso1rces is+ in ost cases+ ineffective. All eployees sho1ld 1nderstand that any

    inforation 9ept on the Copany>s technology reso1rces ay be electronically recalled or

    recreated regardless of whether it ay have been FdeletedF or FerasedF by an eployee.

    d)  Anyone obtaining electronic assess to other copanies> or individ1als> aterials 1st respectall copyrights and cannot copy+ retrieve+ odify or forward copyrighted aterials es technology reso1rces. Any eployee fo1nd tapering or disabling any of theCopany>s sec1rity devices will be s1bect to discipline 1p to and incl1ding terination.

    11. ENCRYPTION

    Eployees can 1se encryption software s1pplied to the by the systes adinistrator for p1rposes ofsafeg1arding sensitive or confidential b1siness inforation. Eployees who 1se encryption on files storedon a copany cop1ter 1st provide their s1pervisor with a sealed hard copy record 5to be retained in asec1re location8 of all of the passwords andor encryption 9eys necessary to access the files.

    12. CON'I%ENTI"L IN'OR&"TION

    !he Copany is very sensitive to the iss1e of protection of trade secrets and other confidential and

    proprietary inforation of both the Copany and third parties 5FConfidential nforationF8. !herefore+

    eployees are es technology reso1rces.

    Confidential nforation sho1ld not be accessed thro1gh the Copany>s technology reso1rces in the

    presence of 1na1thori=ed individ1als. Siilarly+ Confidential nforation sho1ld not be left visible or

    1nattended. oreover+ any Confidential nforation transitted via technology reso1rces sho1ld be ar9ed

    with the following confidentiality legend:
