    People Coaching Works invests significant amount of resources to ensure real value is

    added to support our clients agenda of effective workforce development. To fulfil that, two

    key areas come to mind aided understanding of the relevant skills & knowledge to be transferred;

    and contextual application made easy in the workplace. This approach or methodology has sincebeen known as the PCW LEARN FRAMEWORK. A simplified explanation is found below;

    Essential concepts relating to the

    KLDO are collated andshared with

    participants viavariousmeansthat

    accommodates visual learners,

    auditory learners and kinaesthetic

    learners. The key focus area here is

    RELEVANTknowledge, skills and

    abilities acquisition.

    When the key concepts are duly

    delivered, participants progressed to

    experiential learning setting to

    attempt working on either their own

    cases/issues or generic cases/issues.

    The key focus area in this phase is to

    nderstand what had happened

    and ow did they

    eaction/respond o the situation.

    Teaching moments (also known as

    debriefing) is what this phase all about.

    Participants uniquely differentiate and

    prioritise what is important/ elevant to

    them and what is not, given the

    ssues/challenges they commonly

    encounter. The more active the

    articipants are in this phase the more

    value the will benefit from it.

    An much neglected but essential

    activity hat allows participants to have

    personal reflection time is required to

    cases. This is where participants put

    all the pieces together based on

    their own work situations and conclude

    MR.MURPHY LUMs lifelong mission is to continuously learn from life experiences,

    practice, 4i Resources in 1996, focusing on business process and systems optimisation. In 1999, he
