CHRISTMAS Church Decorations
After 23 years of decorating the church for
Christmas, we are stepping down as chair-
persons. It has been a privilege and joy to
help make our church beautiful for the holi-
day season. It is now time for younger par-
ish members to carry on this ministry, per-
haps with new ideas. The Christmas deco-
rating group could be your family, or a
committee of friends. We would be avail-
able to help the transition for this year. As
some things need to be ordered in advance,
it is the time to decide if you are interested
in this ministry. If you have questions, or
need additional information, please feel
free to call us at 681-0527.

JOHN PAUL II ACADEMY Hello JP2A families! May is here, our final
full month of the school year. Fittingly, our
virtue for the month is DETERMINATION,
focusing your energy and efforts on a task
and sticking with it until it's finished. Class-
room lessons will introduce and promote
strategies students can use to finish this
school year strong- continuing to turn in as-
signments on time, keeping grades up, stay-
ing organized, and behaving appropri-
ately. Middle school Character Club will
keep meeting throughout May and will be
creating a campaign around the school to pro-
mote ways to have a safe and healthy sum-
mer. 6th grade boys group and 4th grade
girls book club continue to meet every Mon-
day, as well. - Mrs. Martone
TRUSTEE ELECTION Notice is hereby given of the upcoming
trustee-election to take place on June 20th
and 21st, 2015.
Sacred Heart Parish was incorporated ac-
cording to the laws of the State of Wiscon-
sin on October 31, 1916. State statute
stipulates that trustees are to be elected
“from and by the congregation”--one to
serve as trustee-treasurer, the other as trus-
tee-secretary. Nominees must be practicing
parish members and at least 25 years old.
The term of office is two years.
Current trustees are Mary Ann Konsin as
trustee-treasurer and Don Trottier as trustee
-secretary. Don Trottier has indicated a
willingness to serve another term and has
been nominated by our pastor, Fr. Ricardo.
Fr. Ricardo has also nominated Donna
Guilette as trustee - treasurer. At this time
parishioners are invited to nominate addi-
tional candidates for parish trustee-
treasurer. Nominations must be made in
writing and signed by at least ten practicing
members of Sacred Heart Parish. Nomina-
tion forms will be available in Haban Hall
after masses starting on May 9th and must
be returned to the parish office by noon on
Monday, June 8, 2015.
Candidates will be announced and speak at
Masses the weekend of June 13th and 14th.
Elections will be held June 20th and 21st.
If you have any questions about the expec-
