SUMMIT OVERVIEWYOU ARE AT A CROSSROADS –TAKE THE PATH OF A PIONEER

It is no secret that leaders face new challenges today around the evolving landscape of gender, communication, trust, and equity in the workplace. Despite advances made over the past few decades, inequity in the workplace and in society remains a reality – and an increasingly complex one.

This Summit addresses the REAL challenges corporate professionals face TODAY. It is designed for women AND MEN from all industries and functions who lead teams. Today’s program will arm you with clear takeaways you can apply to improve your team, bottom line, and sanity. Learn how to:

· Navigate communications and forge stronger relationships within your teams;

· Improve productivity as an individual and as a collective team to reach your biggest potential yet; and

· Tear down invisible barriers to true partnership (beyond just gender).

The Workplace Summit is your most cost-effective and time-efficient way to gain access to the nation’s top strategists and create workplaces that work for everyone!

The blame for some of this disconnect can be attributed to our political landscape, but the erosion of our conversational skills as a society lies with us as individuals. Now more than ever, as we find ourselves trying to navigate in a post #MeToo workplace, it is apparent that camaraderie, communication and trust are at an all-time low. This powerful and interactive workshop will explore how we move forward TOGETHER. Led by nationally acclaimed radio host Celeste Headlee, we will learn 10 rules to have better conversations. You will return home with actionable ways you can reestablish trust, improve communication, ultimately work to bridge the divides, and create places where everyone feels safe and respected.

KEYNOTE ADDRESS ATOMIC HABITS: TINY CHANGES, REMARKABLE RESULTS featuring JAMES CLEAR, habits expert and best-selling author According to human potential expert James Clear, the best way to change the world (and your workplace) is in concentric circles: start with yourself and work your way out from there. If you get yourself sorted out, you’ll be in a position to contribute rather than consume, and you will add order rather than disorder. Using proven scientific research and evidence-based self-improvement strategies, this session will teach you how to think about progress and success, and arm you with the tools and strategies you need to transform your habits and your teams’ habits – not by changing yourself or others, but by changing your systems. Together, we will explore practical strategies to form good habits, break bad ones, and master the tiny behaviors that will transform your habits, your team and deliver remarkable results that positively impact your bottom line and create workplaces that work for everyone.

KEYNOTE ADDRESS NEW RULES TO NAVIGATE THE WORKPLACE IN A POST #METOO ERA ABBY WAMBACH, activist for equality and inclusion, best-selling author and two-time Olympic gold medalist The #MeToo movement has led us to a watershed moment. Cultural norms and workplace policies are evolving, and new questions and realities are starting to surface about what it means to achieve true partnership and equality. Feminist icon, gender and LGBTQ activist, and one of the most legendary soccer players of all time, Abby Wambach, empowers us with a call to action that will change our lives and the world through the power of our wolf and the strength of our pack. Leaving behind the old rules of leadership that no longer serve the collective community, we will explore a new set of rules to help us unleash our individual power, unite with others, and ultimately change the game to create workplaces that are equitable and work for everyone!
