Name badges are required for admission to the Educational Sessions and to the Trade Show. All room assignments for the Educational Sessions will be available in the program brochure distributed on-site. Although registration fees are waived for those over 65 years of age, for the spouses of paid attendees, and for students, these individuals must be registered to receive a name badge. NO refunds will be issued for cancellations received after February 20, 2017 The room rates at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Pittsburgh—Cranberry, Mars PA start at $115.00 plus tax per night. However, to receive the discounted rate, you must make hotel reservations by Wednesday, February 20, 2016.. After that date, you will pay regular room rates and there is no guarantee that rooms will be available. Take Exit 10B for US-22 Business toward Monroeville. Merge onto US-22/William Penn Highway. Turn right at Mall Boulevard (Monroeville Mall truck entrance). The Monroeville Convention Center is located on your right (approx. ¼ mile). Continue an additional ¼ mile to the entrance of the Doubletree Hotel Pittsburgh. FROM PITTSBURGH VIA THE PARKWAY EAST (I-376) Merge onto I-376 E/US-22 E/US-30 E via the ramp to Monroeville. Continue to follow I-376 E/US-22 E. Use exit 10B for US-22 Business toward Monroeville. Turn right and take Route 19 South to the first intersection, Turn left onto Freeport Road. At the first intersection, then turn right onto Sheraton Drive. From North: Take I-79 South to Exit 78. Exit right to the first intersection and turn left. Take Route 19 South and travel .5 miles to the 3rd light. Turn left on Freeport Road. Proceed 1 block to the intersection and turn right onto Sheraton Drive. From West: From the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Interstate 76). Take Exit 28. Take Route 19 South to the first traffic light, turn left unto Freeport Road. Proceed one block at the first intersection, turn right onto Sheraton Drive.
