Involved in Pacific Island Family (PIF) research. Children of Pacific island family decent

are being evaluated for middle ear disease and its impact on different aspects of life and

learning. A project that has been in progress for last 18 years- children born in 2000 (#

1300) of PIF origin are followed since their birth and evaluated on regular basis. It has

already produced some interesting results and papers that are published in international

literature.
