INSETT concerns: • About 9000 teachers, social workers, headmasters,…• Preschool education, primary school education, secondary and

technical secondary education, special education

INSETT responds:• to either personal or to local, regional or national needs.

INSETT is based on :• official guidelines, teaching programs and schedules as well as on

innovative pedagogical approaches

INSETT – Quality criteria

INSETT has to …

• focus on the school community and its needs

• be based on a scientific theoretical framework while clearly aiming at pedagogical practice

• promote communication between teachers and exchange as well as analysis of teaching practices

• offer a variety of didactical arrangements and aim at an active and well-considered transposition into teaching practice

• be based on adult teaching models

• correspond to gender-mainstreaming principles
