A screen in Banner used to track various types of employee data

including performance reviews, TB tests and more

Why Use PEAREVW

- Eliminates shadow systems for employee data tracking

- Fairly simple set up - Provides data for managers to see

info in self service that requires their attention

- Makes you feel good about yourself that you’ve implemented something in Banner

- Minimal involvement with other departments that may be less excited about Banner solutions
