Baby Massage – Learn massage techniques for you and your baby in an informal and relaxed setting. Massage can help promote relaxation, help induce a longer and deeper sleep and has been shown to help aid digestion and colic conditions.

Aquacise – This water based aerobics brings many benefits to your training schedule. Whether you are looking to improve your heart and lungs or just get back to exercising Aquacise can help. Aquacise is one of only a few sports that can be undertaken by anyone, regardless of their height, weight build orsize, Pumping music, sociable surroundings and an alternative way to work all the muscles in the body, makes Aquacise an appealing option for all fitness abilities.

LBT – Bums, Legs and Tums conditioning classes are a great way to firm up and ensure your fitness levels improve and can help you to maintain a healthier lifestyle. From toning these major muscle groups and getting a great workout to improving your circulation and getting blood and oxygen around the body to the muscles more quickly, workouts involving your Bums, Legs and Tums (BLT) are ideal if you’re looking for a low to moderate intensity exercise regime that helps you condition your body.

Pilates – Pilates focus on developing strength through the core of the body--the back, abdomen and hips. This gives a base to work the rest of the body from. The concentration is not only on strength but also flexibility and coordination. Pilates helps to develop overall body fitness, stretch out muscles, and balance between body and mind, with all the parts of a person working as a whole.

Velocity – An indoor cycling program for developing cardiovascular capacity has been shown to burn up to 900 calories in a session. Velocity is a favourite for those who want to reduce bodyfat.

Posture Clinic – The focus for this clinic is balance, stability and control in relation to core and posture. These sessions teach you how to work core and physical awareness.

Step in Time – This aerobics based class uses steps to burn loads of calories with half the impact of running and shape those legs and bun in this amazing workout.
