BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals – from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!
BODYBALANCE™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. This class is supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
BODYJAM™ is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance moves and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun
as breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class. So grab a friend, get front and centre and get high on the feeling of dance.
BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
BODYSTEP™ is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.
RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain p eaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.
Yoga – Yoga is an ancient system of breathing practices, physical exercises and postures, intended to promote a healthier lifestyle and feeling of well-being. It originated in India several thousand years ago and can be practised by anyone of any age and fitness level. Classes are suitable for everyone & are taught with modifications and adjustmentsto ensure students can work at their own pace.
Yoga (Hatha) – A slow-paced stretching class with simple breathing exercises and meditation included. A great class to learn the basic poses of Yoga, as well as relaxation techniques, and become comfortable in the environment. Yoga helps to develop flexibility, tone muscles and strengthen joints which in turn can help to aid recovery from injury.
Zumba – Zumba fitness is a fitness dance exercise program that gets everyone motivated by creating a party like atmosphere. Our Zumba instructors take you through a combination of dance steps such as merengue, reggaetone and salsa. Zumba also incorporates fitness exercises such as bicep curls, knee lifts and squats. Zumba fitness is mostly about “booty shaking” dance moves that makes everyone laugh, smile and let loose!

Jog Scotland – beginners – For anyone who wants to learn to run but doesn’t know where to start. The structured programme will begin with short distances and gradually increase over the following weeks.
Jog Scotland – intermediate – Running at least 3-5 miles and feel like you are ready for the next level? Our intermediate programme will explore different types of running workouts for example intervals, hills etc.
Circuit – A circuit based workout that works at improving fundamental movement skills as well as challenging your fitness in new ways. The class is structured into 4 week blocks each with a different focus. Designed to optimise your fitness and meet your training goals.
Baby Massage – Learn massage techniques for you and your baby in an informal and relaxed setting. Massage can help promote relaxation, help induce a longer and deeper sleep and has been shown to help aid digestion and colic conditions.
Aquacise – This water based aerobics brings many benefits to your training schedule. Whether you are looking to improve your heart and lungs or just get back to exercising Aquacise can help. Aquacise is one of only a few sports that can be undertaken by anyone, regardless of their height, weight build orsize, Pumping music, sociable surroundings and an alternative way to work all the muscles in the body, makes Aquacise an appealing option for all fitness abilities.
LBT – Bums, Legs and Tums conditioning classes are a great way to firm up and ensure your fitness levels improve and can help you to maintain a healthier lifestyle. From toning these major muscle groups and getting a great workout to improving your circulation and getting blood and oxygen around the body to the muscles more quickly, workouts involving your Bums, Legs and Tums (BLT) are ideal if you’re looking for a low to moderate intensity exercise regime that helps you condition your body.
Pilates – Pilates focus on developing strength through the core of the body--the back, abdomen and hips. This gives a base to work the rest of the body from. The concentration is not only on strength but also flexibility and coordination. Pilates helps to develop overall body fitness, stretch out muscles, and balance between body and mind, with all the parts of a person working as a whole.
Velocity – An indoor cycling program for developing cardiovascular capacity has been shown to burn up to 900 calories in a session. Velocity is a favourite for those who want to reduce bodyfat.
Posture Clinic – The focus for this clinic is balance, stability and control in relation to core and posture. These sessions teach you how to work core and physical awareness.
Step in Time – This aerobics based class uses steps to burn loads of calories with half the impact of running and shape those legs and bun in this amazing workout.
