PEACEFUL FAMILY SOLUTIONS

Peaceful Family Solutions is dedicated to putting children first, treating them with dignity and respect. The organization offers many ways to help children, including counseling and a reunion group. The flagship program is a four-day series of workshops that run weekly. On the first day, children are educated about the basics of addiction and encouraged to recognize that their family member’s addiction is not their fault. On day two, they learn to identify and express their feelings through a series of exercises. Days three and four, the final days of the program, are devoted to learning about self-care and understanding how families can grow together.
