Starpoint employs a three-tier screening methodology for hiring employees for a client’s team or our team for screening our resources for client projects and project augmentation
Step 1: Trained from a functional and technical perspective, our resource managers source, screen and interview initial candidates. Approved candidates are then forwarded
Step 2: Starpoint functional and technical managers validate skills and confirm candidates’ hands-on experience
Step 3: Starpoint CTO and practice director conduct final interviews to approve or reject the candidate
