The HBC system PDR production line uses several different kinds of high carbon steel quali-ties to produce our PDR tools, and in-numerable quality control tests have de-terminee that our material exceeds the stainless steel tools in strength.

The high quality carbon stainless steel is a costly and hard tempered spring steel. The process of the heat treated PDR tools has been developed over years and is the highest quality in the world.

Part no. 13999 Magnetic PDR ToolThe training of eye-hand coordination is one of the most difficult exer-cises during the training Paintless Dent Repair (PDR). Trainees often spend several hours or days before they can find the exact location of the tip of the tool. HBC system has managed to find a solution for this issue by produc-ing a PDR training tool with a magnetic tip. A steel ball on top of the panel follows the tip wherever it goes which makes it much easier to find the exact location of the tip of the tool.
