The Elite Series of Spinning and casting rods has been designed and engineered by Colmic in collaboration with the best American professionals, among which stands out as Matt Herren, along with Italian agonists as the World Champions of Bass Fishing Franco Mancini, Vincenzo Battaglia and Alessandro Debbi.Thanks to innovation, as key point of our company, we could combine power and sensitivity, trying to mix the “classic American” style with the finest Japanese style. The completely new assembly process, includes a reduced cork handle (compared with the total length of the rod) and the exclusion of the top part of the reel seat to allow the angler a different touch, much more comfortable and accurate, increasing the "feeling" with the blank. In order to highlight the sensitivity and the cast all HERAKLES U.S.A. rods feature short leg FUJI rings and a larger number of guides in comparison with other models on the market. Thanks to this type of installation, we maximized the potentiality of high modulus Toray Carbon, which is the main component of Colmic's spinning and casting rods. in few words we could affirm that lightweight, sensitivity, hardiness and casting power, are the main characters which distinguish the new HERAKLES U.S.A. brand. The whole series is equipped with accessories and components Fuji Concept Japan.

Herakles develops an innovative range for salt water fishing entering in the market with a new series of rods with an exclusive and vital design. The biggest goal for Colmic is to exploit the most from their products by including accessories such as Fuji high components and high modulus Toray Carbon, even though, the real secret of this series, it is the assembly of the blanks. Colmic pro staff wanted to create a range of high performance one-piece rods, light, sensitive, powerful and very stong, able to meet the needs of most demanding angler:The “Black Weapon” Herakles series. Its exclusive and unique design and the absence of some parts of the handle, made the blank lighter and more balanced. This serie features small rings with short single leg, which allow further and more accurate castings, as well as an increase of sensitivity during all fishing phases. Thanks to this innovative assembly, we have exploited the most valuable features of the high modulus carbon Toray, making the rods Black Weapon very light and reliable. The handle is made of soft "EVA", which allows us a better grip, even with the rain or with wet hands. This new range of rods of 210, 240 and 270 cm has been conceived specifically with the notion of comprising in a single product everything that a fisherman could expect from his favourite rod for fishing with artificial lures using various techniques. The Black Stallion is a mighty and reliable rod, built entirely in carbon and aimed to all those spinning styles in which it is required to show muscles. The blank has a tip action but under traction it gives a nice progression, able to absorb the jumps and runs of pikes and every other “sized” predators. Despite it is a powerful rod, the action obtained by the combination of different carbon layers, allows to cast without any problem and with extreme precision, small lures like minnows and spinners. It is a rod for big preys indeed, of fresh and salt water. It is supplied with a new design reel seat.

The LADRA is a very compact telescopic rod, well suited for beeing transported easily in your luggage and where all the spaces are limited. This rod measures 28cm when closed and it reaches 180 cm (maximum extension). This is an "all purpose" spinning rod very compact but very powerfull at the same time. Rod series designed for fishing with camolera therefore studied for using high sensitive small baits. Colmic, who takes care to all aspects of fishing, realized that an even more increasing number of anglers are practicing a new fishing discipline called “Rock Fishing” here come the idea to offer something that is purely technical and funny at the same time. Several tests confirmed that this rod is perfect for fishing with micro jig head. Furthermore the lightweight and the sensitivity of the blank, as well as its good price, makes the ideal rod for this fishing technique. Two-pieces rod with a solid tip made in fiberglass seems to be perfect even with the most subtle bites because of the great sensitivity and flexibility of the top part of the rod. This allows us to fish with very thin lines and then to stand out the most of our talent with small fish.

The ratio is 6.3:1 so recommended for Power Fishing with spinnerbaits and jerks. The smooth retrieve is ensured by the 10 ball bearings, of which 7 are in stainless steel, 2 are in stainless steel sealed and 1 is for the one-way clutch. The line winding is regular and homogeneous and it is ensured by the worm-shaft system. The retrieve power is highlighted by the pinion and drive gear in pure bronze and by the clutch empowered by over-sized washers. The spool capacity is 180 yds of 10 lbs. With its power and its sealed ball bearings, this reel is highly recommended also for the Inchiku and kabura sea fishing.
