During this stage, they will learn and

gather opinions from fellow young

people in their own countries and

exchange ideas with the rest of the

delegates in four Task Forces:

Skills and Education for the

21st Century

Entrepreneurship and Self

Employment

Future of Work

Sustainable Economy

On August 2018, the delegates will

arrive to Argentina for the Y20 Summit.

During five days they will exchange

ideas with specialists, debate and create

consensus around the suggestions of

young people for the G20 leaders.

Two main outcomes are expected: a

final position paper establishing the

vision and actions suggested by the

youth and +20 viable social innovation

initiatives and projects that the

delegates can carry out in their home

countries once they are back.

With the 2018 Y20 summit we, the

young people of the G20 countries, aim

to send a message: not only we have

ideas, but also we are committed to act

and change our reality.

We are here to shakethe present and buildthe future.

Over 70 delegates will be selected from across the G20 countries. As soon as they become o�cial delegates they will start interacting through an online discussion.

POSITION PAPERAfter the debates and discussions, all

delegates must reach consensus to

generate a single position paper that

discloses the vision and suggestions of

young people from across the G20

countries regarding the Task Forces

topics. The position paper will be

handed over to the authorities of G20

SOCIAL INNOVATION PROJECTSDelegates will work to create projects

addressing some of the most pressing

challenges regarding the Y20 Task

Forces topics. These projects will be a

commitment with youth action. They

will need to find allies and partners to

implement the projects in their home

countries once the summit is over. They

will have the support of the Y20

community and potential sponsors.

OUTPUTS ANDOUTCOMES

More than 20 social innovation

projects will be carried out across

the G20 countries to extend the

impact of the summit.
