I had total 2 years and 10 months of experience in Quality Control-Microbiology department

in Sterile Injectables.

I had 2 years and 2 months of experience in Quality Control- Microbiology Department

(Sterile Injectables) as a Junior Executive with Bharat Biotech International Limited,

Genome valley Hyderabad from December 2013 to February 2016.

Currently working as an Executive in Quality Control-Microbiology Department (Sterile

Injectables) at Hemarus Therapeutics Limited, Genome valley Hyderabad from March 2016

to till date.

1) Microbiological Environment monitoring of clean classified areas by Passive air sampling,

Volumetric Air sampling, Surface Monitoring and Personnel Monitoring by Contact Plate / Swab

method.

2) Gowning qualification of persons working in aseptic area as per the specified schedule.

3) Sampling and Analysis of Raw water, Purified water, Water for injection and Pure steam

condensate by pour plate and filtration method.

4) Bacterial Endo toxin Test (BET) of water samples and In process and Finished Products by GEL

CLOT METHOD.

5) Spiking of End toxin vials and Recovery after Dehydrogenated validation of Tunnel.

6) Enumeration of Biological indicators and testing.

7) Issuance of Biological Indicators and Inoculation and Documentation.

8) Bacterial and Fungal staining by Gram’s staining and LCB staining (Simple Staining).

9) Sampling of Compressed air during Media fills.

10) Trends preparation of Environmental Monitoring and Water analysis.

11) Participated in Area qualification (viable), Process simulation/Media fill etc.

12) Online Documentation with respect to GLP, GDP.

13) Handling of Excursions and Incidents and Change controls.

14) Basic Knowledge on Autoclave Operation and Media Preparation and Growth Promotion test.
