System requirements

Following is a short list of system requirements for running PCSX2[5]:Minimum Windows XP Service Pack 2/Windows VistaorLinux32bit/64bit CPU that supportsSSE2(Dual Core and up, Athlon64 and up) GPU that supportsPixel Shader2.0 1GB RAM

Recommended (Will run 50-60fps) Windows XP, Vista, 7 or Linux 32/64 bit CPU: 3Ghz Core 2 Duo or better GPU: 256-bit memory interface or Better 2GB RAM (3GB or more if using Windows Vista or Windows 7)

PCSX2 any version both stable or svnPersonally id recommend you to use the svn version instead because usually it already fixes bugs that exists in stable build, although it may be buggy but as long as you have made a backup for all your save game (just in case something goes wrong). Then you wont have anything to worry aboutLatest DirectX End User RuntimeDownload:hereThis is needed obviously in order to use pcsx2 properlyPCSX2 Bios file (PS2 Bios)Obviously this is needed in order to play games on pcsx2 or else you wont be able to use pcsx2. If your computer doesnt meet the above requirements (the hardware section) then chances are youll end up in a slow motion mode when playing games on pcsx2.
