We have had some incredible programs and membership has stayed strong. This provides everyone with great education and an opportunity to network with some of the finest professionals in the meeting and event industry. We have made an impact on Operation Breakthrough with a great event at Deanna Rose and will continue to support this incredible organization. The PCMA Leadership meeting held in Denver in June was all about relevance and re-inventing your meeting, organization and yourself. PCMA Headquarters is working hard to provide the chapters with more technology and support each month. Now everyone is trying to figure out how to use it the best way possible. We have learned that we will be able to video stream the State of the Industry Meeting in November for those that can’t make it to Kansas City. It is time to start thinking about the 2014 Board of Directors so if you’d like to get involved, contact Mary Ryan at [email protected]. The new Board will be voted on at the November meeting. We are so fortunate to have so many people passionate about our chapter and the members professional development that they continue to volunteer and move us all forward!
