supplementary funding for

school equipment, books &

many other initiatives. Come

Welcome to Term 3!

Term 1&2 was full of activities for the P&C. The coffee morning

with community chat was a fantastic success and we will be

looking at actioning some of your ideas throughout the year.

A Bunnings BBQ, Mother’s day stall and the Election Day BBQ

were also held recently and coming up we have the Father’s Day

Stall, Quiz Night & PJ Day so stay tuned. If you can help out

then please join our Facebook page BPS P&C helpers—we

sometimes need stapling, sorting or counting. Many hands

make light work and you are sure to make some friends along

the way. We are all in this for our children so join us at our next

meeting Wednesday 17 August 7pm in the staff room.

A New Uniform Shop Team

Volunteers Needed

After 4 years of helping parents,

meeting new people &

socialising... we are looking for a

replacement team. A team of

two would handle it but a team

of three works great. We will

train you in all aspects of the job

& we are willing to stay and

help until you no longer need

us. If you are interested

please let us know by the end

of Term 3 so we can finish up

TERM 3 PRIZES TO BE WON The Dollarmites have discovered Prize Lights in the Outback sky!

Students who make three or more School Banking deposits during

Term 3 will have a chance to win one of the prizes including 50

camping kits, 90 instant cameras and 200 magazine packs.

Excitingly, this year we have a second prize pool available. Students

who complete the fun Stargazing online activity, along with making

their three deposits during Term 3, will also go in the separate draw

to win one of 50 Supernova prizes – PlayStation 4 packs.

Competition period is from 11/07/2016 to 30/09/2016 and the

winners’ draw will take place on 12/10/2016.

banked your name was automatically entered in our TERM 2 prize

draw. A Dollarmites character will be attending the first 2 assemblies
