The uniform shop team has been enjoying a calm in the uniform shop after that rush of work that I reported last

month.

We've sadly seen our sink get taken away because it wasn't installed properly in the first place. The school has been

most sympathetic, and has said we're welcome to use the closest facility.

We've started to campaign for sustainable environment. We're asking for parents to bring a bag if they can, when

coming to the uniform shop. This is especially if large purchases are in mind, as the plastic bag we hold can only fit a

couple of items. We've partnered with the sustainability team, and made their bags available in the uniform shop

in-store and online. This gives parents more options.

The uniform shop thanks the parents for their support.

Action 11.8a

Move accounts to Westpac from Commonwealth Bank

· This can be set up as two previous accounts already held with CBA · Main issue will be around the EFTPOS terminal. Currently held with Westpac, if EFTPOS terminal

remains at WBC then must hold a settlement account with WBC. · Look into costing for CBA terminal. Several options but based on monthly turnaround. Currently not a

set monthly amount, can range from $3400- up to $11,000. EFPTOS fees are based on $$ monthly turnaround. Current monthly fees on average are $46, $70 and over $100 in June for last two years. June is due to Winter Uniform purchase and change in Uniform.

· If we look at changing accounts and EFTPOS terminal to CBA- fees structure is based on monthly rental plus turnaround. Monthly rental ranges from $30- to up to $150. If we look at a plan based on average turnover, monthly rental $90 with a $$ turnaround of $6K plus 1.5% fee on purchases over monthly turnaround.

· Currently with WBC we are on a no pricing plan structure. We either leave accounts as is or change both Uniform Shop account and EFPTOS terminal.



7:30 pm in the School Library Action 11.9a Change CommBank Accounts to a CommBIZ account · No changes required to accounts. · We need to consider applying for the CommBiz which will allow easier payment system from CBA

accounts. Currently needing two signatories to be present to allow any debits/payments to be processed.

· CommBiz will allow payments to be processed much easier using tokens or the CommBiz App. · As we are a Not for Profit Organisation, I have been advised that there will be no transaction fees

(normally 0.275c) Must provide proof of Not For Profit. · Application to complete by signatories to establish facility. ATTACHMENT 5
