Ballpoint pens use a paste ink based on a dye solute in analcohol solvent. Compared to ballpoint pens, gel pens:

    Create a bolder line

    Smudge less

Have occasional skips, due to the ball being less evenlycoated with ink

Use more ink, leading to more frequent refills orreplacements

Are more likely to leak ink when the stopper fluid drainsout

May be able to write on smooth, non-absorbent materials

Ball point pen is more useful because they last

longer than gel pens which run out of ink way

too quick and they are harder to hold than ballpoint pens as well! There is also a feeling that

gel pens are cheap and dry out easily, even if

they do come in nicer colors. The fact thatthey are cheaply available and convenient to

use means they are often to be found on

desks and also in pockets, handbags, purses,

bags and in cars almost anywhere, where

one could conceivably need to use a pen.

A group of high school students were talking about theirupcoming exams while looking for what brand of ball pento buy. They all chose the Pilot G-tech pen except forone student (lets name her X) who bought an HBWballpen. While they were falling in line in the counter to

pay, one of those who bought the expensive pen afterknowing that X has chosen that HBW commented:

"Yuck X...why did you choose that? That's so cheap! Youshould buy G-tech 'coz it's class)

X replied: "So what ifits cheap? As if I can really perfectthe exam if I buy G-tech. It's not with the ballpen. It'swith how much you know.

    G-TECH

    G-TECHPROS:

    1. It glides smoothly on paper, and gives off ink even without brute force on the pen.2. It's very thin needle allows you to write letters in a larger array of sizes than what an

ordinary 0.5 gel pen (like Dong-A's My Gel) can offer. You can easily write tiny letters with the

handy G-Tec. Smaller letters = smaller paper size needed = MORE NOTES = less paper usage =

    HAPPIER EARTH ...

    3. Its ink won't smudge even if you accidentally make your paper wet. Intact notes even if you

    make your notebook wet guaranteed!

    4. Very environment-friendly because it is refillable!5. Perfect for Drafting classes in T.L.E. (High School).

    6. Also perfect for doing manual tables and borders because of its thin needle.

    CONS:

    1. Not recommended for clumsy people!

    2. It has a very sensitive needle.

    TIPS FOR GOOD USE:

    1. When you have to put your pen down on your desk, always, ALWAYS, cover it with its cap.

Just to avoid suicide by falling on the ground.

    2. Do not write with force with this pen. If you're a heavy writer, just use another G-Tec pen,

    the G-Tec C4 (with a 0.4 needle).

(P5.00), it has also a good quality suitable

for writing on any kind of paper.

Therefore, a ballpoint pen is a writing instrument withan internal ink reservoir and a sphere for a point. Theinternal chamber is filled with a viscous ink that is

dispensed at its tip during use by the rolling action of asmall sphere.

Meanwhile, a gel pen uses ink in which pigment is

suspended in a water-based gel. Because the ink isthick and opaque, it shows up more clearly on dark orslick surfaces than the typical inks used in ballpoint orfelt tip pens. They can be used for many types ofwriting and illustration.

    PILOT FRIXION

Write, Delete, and Repeat. The marks you createusing this smooth-writing , thermo-sensitive gel inkpen disappear with friction! Use the friction ball tip toerase. Even multiple erasures won't damage your

documents. A cool barrel design and rubberized gripmake this pen as fun to use as it is practical. Note Erasable pens are not recommended for use on legalor official documents. Do not expose to extremetemperatures 140F If pen is exposed to

temperature that reaches 140F, the ink will becolorless when writing. To restore color, cool to atleast 14F in freezer and the ink will again write incolor.
