Pre-requisites:1. Signed up to the service

2. Sufficient balance in your bank account

3. Aware of your PIN. 1. It is of 5 characters in length and can be combinations of alphabets and numbers2. PIN is case sensitive

4. Aware of the Merchant Code1. It is displayed at the merchant location, and also listed in the bank’s website

Sending Instructions1.Type “PAY” to indicate your intention to pay bills, at a shop or a restaurant

2.Type your unique PIN after a space. Eg your PIN is PiN21

3.Type the Merchant code that is displayed at the merchant outlet

4.Type the Bill Amount you need to pay. Eg. Rs. 5,000

5.Send to 2002
