I’ve worked as a Windows Support Analyst on IBM in the Dow Chemical project. I acted on the Steady State for 3 years helping identify and fix general issues in the Win2003 and Win2008 servers. I’ve supported ESX servers (Data Ontap) activities like disk replacement, capacity analysis and file share management were part of my job. Nowadays working on CMS Deployment System X team, I go to new site to be built and install all physical servers, Win2k8r2 and ESX 5.1. Also I install AD Domain controllers and vCenter to control all of almost 30 virtual servers Windows part of the logical build. During the logical build I install all agents like Tivoli Monitoring, Antivirus, TSM client and others.

Some tasks done for CMS in 2015: Physical and Logical build in Poughkeepsie-US. This way I could setup redundancy according requested by the project scope; Still in 2015, Ehnigen (Germany) and Sidney (AUS) - Project to remotely add 4 new

Windows servers in each site for Safenet security system, here was created for first time

a skill for SAS Safenet configuration, making possible delivery this specifically server

with operating system, all specific functions installed, configured and tested; ABN-AMRO

Bank (Amsterdam) - This ABN project took me to resolve problems I’ ve never seen

before making me be the most important contact to resolve all issues, meetings and

technical chats to discuss solutions was tools used many times. Certainly I had a grow
