Hello, my name is Paul L. Hanson

I would like to take this time to tell you a little about myself.

I was born and raised on the coast of Oregon and at the age of 17, I entered the U. S. Navy and served for 9 years.

While in the Navy I participated in the Cuban Blockade, I was a member of the recovery force for when Alan Sheppard made the first manned space flight and spent two tours in Viet Nam.

I left the Navy to go back to school for a career in Com-puters, after graduating I went to work for a Fortune 500 company for 23 years in a corporate environment and retired early. While working for this company I obtained an associates Degree from Dundalk Community College in Maryland.

My wife, Gloria, and I moved to Virginia in 1992. the country life in Carroll County reminds me of the same home town atmosphere that I enjoyed growing up in Oregon, so you might say that I’m right at home here.

I have worked in Real Estate for 18 years and include: C-Owning my own company, Principle Broker for an-other and setting up a company for a friend.

I belong to the Moose and American Legion organiza-tions.
