Planning and implementation of yearly capex in excess of 1m year on year. Working with the estate team to maintain an 810 acre site including the racecourse, Parklands Golf Club, Goals soccer centre and numerous rental properties. Planning and implementation of maintenance projects around a busy events schedule.   3. 3. On arrival I conduct familiarisation tours, event briefings, Health & Safety presentations and am often required to troubleshoot and resolve problems. I am on constant call throughout events and liaise with equipment suppliers, caterers, domestic staff and porters to ensure the smooth running of all events.
