Welcome to San Antonio!!

ALAMO BOWL PEP RALLY 7PM SAN ANTONIO SYMPHONY – Enjoy the beautiful evening performance at the Tobin Center for

the Performing Arts 9PM DIRECTOR’S RECEPTION

DAY 2 7AM BREAKFAST at the Hotel 8AM FIRST MASS BAND REHEARSAL - Join students, Directors and top clinicians from across the US as

you begin rehearsing for the Alamo Bowl Halftime Show Finale. 12PM LUNCH 1PM Strut your stuff at the Alamo Bowl BATTLE OF THE BANDS MARCHING COMPETITION and

PARADE REVIEW. This is a great opportunity to see what other marching band programs from around the county are doing. The winner of this field show competition will perform solo at the Alamo Bowl pre-game show!

4PM NATURAL BRIDGE CAVERNS – Texas’ largest underground adventure! A vast and beautiful underworld, where time and nature collide to create the breathtakingly majestic and natural phenomenon. Wear comfortable walking shoes and enjoy the magnificent stalactites and stalagmites for an educational and awe inspiring experience.

7PM EXCLUSIVE DINNER, DANCE AND AWARDS CEREMONY at Tejas complete with a BBQ dinner, line dancing and roping lessons!

DAY 3 7AM BREAKFAST at the Hotel 9AM FINAL MASS BAND REHEARSAL with the entire show cast… marching bands, dancers,

cheerleaders and color guard in the ALAMO DOME 1PM Lunch at FUDDRUCKERS 2PM Visit the historic ALAMO on the Riverwalk and MARKET SQUARE, an area patterned after an

authentic Mexican market. TBD ALAMO BOWL KICKS-OFF! The winning field show marching band performs their show solo at

the pre-game, the choir is part of the National Anthem Ceremony and everyone perform the halftime show finale! Meal voucher for DINNER

DAY 4 8AM BREAKFAST at the Hotel

10AM Visit SEAWORLD SAN ANTONIO - The world’s largest marine life adventure park and family entertainment showplace, presents “One Ocean”, a captivating and visually stunning new Shamu show that will take you on a sensational, breathtaking journey of curiosity and wonder!

7PM Dinner at the HARD ROCK DAY 5 AM Depart for home, safe travels!
