physical and emotional patterns. An example of a physical pattern is

your morning routine. You may complete a certain series of events

that happen in order to start each day (get up, wash face, brush teeth,

get dressed, have breakfast etc…). An example of an emotionalpattern is a series of feelings triggered by an event. For example,
