1. Two page narrative/concept paper

2. Establish Goals and Objectives

3. Establish a realistic Budget

4. List Outcomes and Deliverables

5. Gantt Chart

2. Don’t try to fit a square block in a round circle

3. Reply to the questions asked directly and with a focus

4. Follow the submission instructions

5. Follow the rules for your budget

6. If leverage and match are required – know the difference and provide documentation
