Patron Capital support for Akshaya Patra School Project

Patron Capital support for the Government Secondary School Mahavetan in Rajasthan is enabling Akshaya Patra School Project in India to serve a hot, nourishing and life changing school lunch every day to all the children. The lunches give these children the energy to learn and to play, and allow them to start building a brighter future. The school enrolment currently stands at 363 with 173 boys and 190 girls enrolled. The Akshaya Patra Foundation works to eradicate classroom hunger and facilitate childhood

education by serving freshly cooked, nourishing lunches to 1.6 million school children across

India every day. Their mission is to serve 5,000,000 children by 2020.
