1. Save to your Home Directory.
2. Save Back-up on your flash drive before you leave today!!!
Example: School Uniforms Pathfinder Gilman
1. To add your information:
•Click in the gray areas of the template to highlight the default text. –
•Press the Delete key to delete the text.
•Type in your information.
2. The Search Aids frame will grow as you increase the number of entries.
3. Add more bullets by pressing enter.
4. Hold down shift & enter to keep from adding bullets
Fill in the date and topic:
Provide one sentence describing your topic:
Example: This pathfinder will be useful in finding information about the school uniforms debate in the United States.
List one citation to a brief introduction to the topic. This source should be one of the following: encyclopedia article, web page, reference overview article from Opposing Viewpoints, summary from SIRS Leading Issues, reference book, or general book that introduces the topic.
List two or three best databases for your topic.
Enter at least one book, one magazine or journal article, and one website.
Complete the Search Aids Box.
