Patent Analysts are employed by various Knowledge ProcessOutsourcing (KPOs), Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO), IPR Firms, Law Firms, ICompanies and every MNCs with RnD centers etc. Under this program participantswill be provided with proessional skills o patent searching tools and techniques. Tisis a highly job oriented program and at the end o program participants are assisted orplacement drives in various companies.

Tis training program requires strong technical background as participants will beworking on patent searching projects in their scientific domain.

Afer basic understanding o patent law and structure, participants will be learningvarious types o searches like prior art searching, inringement analysis, reedom tooperate analysis etc.

Eligibility CriteriaCandidates completed science graduation or post graduation are eligible or this program.Candidates pursuing B. Sc / M. Sc / B. Pharma/ M.Pharma / PhD are eligible to apply orthis program.

Working Proessionals desire to enter into IPR are also eligible or weekend program.

Candidates rom industrial domains like biotechnology, pharmacy, microbiology,

bio-inormatics, lie- sciences, mechanical, electrical, electronics, computer science,inormation technology, ood technology, nano technology etc. are eligible or thisprogram.

Afer successul completion o programs participants are given placement assistance orthe job or internship profile o Patent Analyst or Patent Researcher.

Salary compensation range rom 2 lakh per annum to 6 lakh per annum, depending onqualification, technical background and work experience.

Study material and books or each o the modules are provided to students by IIPA.

Duration

Classroom Mode: wo months. Classes will be conducted Monday to Friday 3 hoursa day. Weekend batch will be conducted on Saturday.

Cloud Campus Distance Learning: Tree Months (3 Months)

Fees Classroom: Rs. 35,000 only. Cloud Campus Distance Learning: Rs.20,000 only.
