Patagonia Microsurgery Meeting

Patagonia Microsurgery Meeting is an
international event of education in
reconstructive microsurgery, whose project was
born as a multinational initiative, in charge of
Chilean plastic surgeons.
In its first version in February 2019, outstanding
microsurgeons from more than ten different
countries participated, who shared their
experiences with the attendees, through
conferences, panels, round tables, workshops
and live surgeries, immersed in an environment
of extraordinary natural beauty.
As organizing committee of the "II Patagonia
Microsurgery Meeting. Overcoming difficulties
and challenges”, we invite you to live the
experience of this second version.
Our goal is to generate an update space in
reconstructive microsurgery, giving attendees a
great opportunity to share knowledge and
experiences.
We have confirmed the participation of outstanding
professors, leading microsurgeons worldwide, with
a scientific program aimed to how to overcome
difficulties and challenges in microsurgery.
We will have a very interesting social program,
surrounded by beautiful southern landscapes, in a
familiar and close environment, elements that give
this meeting the seal of warmth that distinguishes it.
It will take place from Friday, February 28 to Sunday,
March 1, 2020, at the Hotel Cumbres, in the
beautiful city of Puerto Varas - Chile.
Do not miss it!

Pre-Meeting
Patagonia Microsurgery Flap Course
On Thursday, February 27, the flap course
will be held at the Cumbres Hotel in Puerto
Varas.
We will have a complete cadaver lab with
fresh human specimens, where attendees
can review the anatomical dissections with
renown professors.
We will review a complete list of advanced
free flaps, very useful to respond to the
complex challenges that a microsurgeon
must face in his usual practice.
Our program privileges laboratory time,
alternating brief talks where our experts
will illustrate the indications, tips and
tricks and other practical aspects of the
flaps that we be reviewed.
We have limited spots, and a special rate
for those who register for the flap course
and the meeting.
